I'm not going to bore the internet with babble about cycling. But seriously, everyone in the world should read this letter. It was sent out by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) to riders who are currently signed up to race in Paris-Nice next week. This event is hosted by the Amaury Sports Organization (ASO) who also heads the Tour de France. Basically the two organizations hate each other? And its this crazy power struggle right now... but anyways, read this:

Um, whoah? UCI are you seriously going to do that. Because if you are... props. But if you are using this as an empty threat, kinda lame. And ASO you better get over yourself or you are going to be SCREWED when the Tour isn't run this year.
